Service Terms
Simple public terms for the Mission 72 launch. Formal agreements can be used for custom work.
Scope
Work should be defined before it begins. Substantial changes or additions may require a revised quote.
Software ownership
Reusable software, tools, utilities, frameworks, and source code remain Tervalyn property unless a separate written agreement explicitly transfers ownership.
License to use
When a customer purchases a Tervalyn product, the purchase grants the applicable right to use that product. It does not automatically transfer source code, resale rights, or ownership.
Subscription replacement
Tervalyn does not guarantee that every subscription can or should be replaced. Compatibility, data requirements, integrations, operational risk, and business requirements must be reviewed first.
Payments
Payment terms are established in the quote or agreement for the specific job. Payment processing should occur through a reputable hosted payment provider.
